Reserving the Armory

Welcome to the Armory Event Reservation page. Located at the heart of our university campus, the Armory offers a historic and versatile space for hosting a variety of campus events. Whether you're planning a student organization fair, Blood Drive, a Luncheon, or a social gathering. Here, you'll find all the information you need to reserve this unique venue and ensure your event is a memorable success.

Reservation Q & A

· What is your rental Fee?

There is no space rental fee. However, we do ask that you coordinate with Facilities to ensure they come in and do an extra cleaning of the spaces you use and the bathrooms. They may charge you for the extra cleaning.

· Do you have tables and chairs we can use?

No, you will need to coordinate with facilities or any other rental service for these needs. The tables and chairs we have were bought by the students of our programs, for their usage. There for we do not allow them to be used.

· My event is on the weekend, how can I access the space?

One of the programs Admins will work with Sooner Card to grant TEMPORARY access to the Armory.

· How far in advance can I reserve the space?

We request at least a month’s notice. As our Training plans are not usually set in stone till a couple of weeks before the semester, we ask that if you want to book as far out as possible, you wait until about a week before the semester your event is during. We cannot give definite answers before then. Except for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Both programs have classes and drill periods on Tuesdays and Thursdays and can NOT accommodate space rentals until after 5PM.
